Executive Customer Service – (English & Vietnamese Skill)

Job Purpose:
Responsible for Medical, Travel Assistance, and Concierge /Lifestyle Operation for International and Vietnamese Customers and Clients.
Must be;
– Able to communicate fluently in English and Vietnamese.
– Thai native
– Able to learn and work independently, as well as in a team environment
– be able to work at home as follow request.
Position Responsibilities:
– Inbound & Outbound(Medical & Travel Assistance)
Handle all the inbound and outbound calls and/or other means of communication for Customers properly and promptly in the operation center for medical advice, evacuation, and repatriation.
– Concierge Assistance/Home Assistance
Maintain and update database of concierge program in the Vietnamese language
Provide excellent and high-quality customer service to elite clientele via phone, email, and/or chat
Work with service partners to provide unique products and experiences for customers
Education & Experience:
– University graduated, Fresh graduate will also be considered.
– Customer-oriented mindset with good telephone manner, good analytical skill, attentive to details.
– Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Job Location : G-Tower Rama IX Rd., ติดกับเซ็นทัลพระราม 9 สามารถโดยสารโดย MRT ลงสถานีพระราม 9
ทำงาน 5 วันต่อสัปดาห์ ตามที่มีการจัดตารางกะ และ พิจารณาผู้ที่สะดวกทำงานที่บ้านได้
